Have the Dominion Services Heating and Cooling coverage. Had an issue with the furnace and called Dominion who contacted Bear. They sent a tech out who said it was fine, just dirty. He cleaned the contacts, collectde the $25 service fee and left never once double checking to see if it all worked (you know, turn the thermostat off and on to see if everything fires up!) . 30 min later neither the...
