Don't expect this apartment to play by the same rules that they expect you to follow. They have not returned by security deposit within the 30 days required by the state and all they have given me is a bunch of excuses.

I have lived here for 6 months and I love it!!! My home is beautiful and everything looks great. I love how the landscaping looks so great and is always clean... If you are looking for a new home this is definately the place to be.

Well apparently now we do not even have a maintenance man here anymore. And our pool looks like you could catch more catfish than rays. Dont live here, if you can prevent it.

There has been changes in office staff- but get real how long does one person normally stay at a job??? I have been here for 3 years and whomever is in the office always accomedates my maint. needs right away! I do not plan to move anytime soon, its quiet, and a cute apt complex

We have lived here 2 years and have seen about 10 different managers. I have things in my apartment that need to be fixed. We haven't seen pest control in at least 4 months. When things are fixed....they are just painted over or whatever is a quick fix to make it work well. My dryer takes at least 2 times to dry! I've had enough!
