I arrived an hour early, was called in to triage on time but didn't see MD until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. On the good side, since this was my first visit, she was very thorough in gathering my history and spent over 35 minutes with me. The office staff is friendly but they do not have lab or imaging facilities on site, instead they will refer you to preferred providers....

Dr Pollard is the best doctor that I have found.. She is very attentive and explained everything where I could understand. She is very kind and took her time with me until I was comfortable with the treatment plan she recommended..
