I started buying my Clinique cosmetics here because it's closer than any other store. I purchased a 16 Oz bottle of clarifier. The pump was broken. I returned. I went to the store and complained....

$15 fee to pay your credit card bill by phone...getting 8 calls a day that it's due on the 17th. I'm not a happy customer. I'll be closing this account that's for sure. No more shopping there for me.
