The people at the Beacon office were more than helpful! They gave me a great tour of the property and was very helpful. Would recommend this property to any one!

This is probably the best student living complex in the Springfield area. The apartments are super nice, and everyone gets their own HUGE bathroom. The management has always been super friendly with any problem I experienced and the maintenance is phenomenal. I can't say enough nice things about Beacon.

I have lived at Beacon for almost 2 years now and have renewed my lease for a 3rd year. Management is great, they do what they can to accommodate their residents' needs. They are constantly putting events on for their resident, such as free breakfast, lunch, ice cream social, and even a free drawings for cool prizes like an Apple TV or iPad. Beacon has been awesome! It's super close to campus so I can walk if I don't want to wait for the bearline. There's free coffee, free printing, and a nice fitness center. Rent is cheap for everything that's included. The staff is always really friendly and maintenance always comes out for work orders. I couldn't imagine a better place to live!

To anyone that is thinking about moving here... DON'T DO IT! Management is a joke and they will lie straight to your face. When I moved in the place was always dirty from having construction people in and out. The complex NEVER cleaned up after them (minor problem). I had a window that was broken from the time that I moved in and I lived on the first floor. I feared that someone could easily...

Beacon Springfield offers the best student apartments for rent in Springfield MO. Our off campus university housing is a brand new complex for college students.
