The location can't be beat. View of water. Walking access to amazing boardwalk.\n\nFacility is older. Think beach cabin. A bit rustic/aging.\n\nPrice was great for the location. Short walk across the street to water. Easy/free parking. Fishwife restaurant next door is fantastic. Free whipped cream, fruit and waffle breakfast made for a great start to the day.
I have stayed at this motel and it is very basic though functional.
Cons: Very dirty carpets, lots of patches inside the bathroom, takes forever to get hot water especially if you are in the upstairs unit, limited hours to check in. no one to greet you at the front office as it is closed during the day, no microwave...
