I've been a few times and I can say that the food is consistently very good and I would rate 4 stars. The service was poor. They seated us more than 40 minutes after our reservation time with no apology. The waitress never stopped to ask if we wanted more drinks or to ask how our food was. The food was good - no complaints there - but very over priced. I've been to other restaurants in Decatur with equivalent quality food...

The most amazing filet mediation twins.
One crusted with horseradish and the other with blu cheese, was the most amazing steaks !!!
And with a very tender baked potato and asparagus and salad will leave you very satisfied !!

One of Decatur's best. For that matter, one of central Illinois best. I have eaten at this restaurant more than 30 times over the years and the food is quite simply... excellent. I don't care what you order, it will be fantastic. Gumbo, chili, nachos, shrimp..A+. Catfish, Salmon, Sea Bass, A+. Chicken Alfredo, Flatbreads, Filet, ribeye,.. just awesome.

Wonderful little restaurant that sets in a cove on Lake Decatur. Wonderful food especially the pretzel chicken. I have eaten there for company parties and weddings and I have never had a bad meal. There staff is always friendly so stop by for a nice meal or have a party!!
