The two stars I give Boris are for a nice job on my color. I do feel that he is not honest about the cost up front. I have been given a quote and then my end price has been consistently at least twice the amount. He should tell you if he is using aditional treatments and their cost. I would NOT recommend him nor will I go back to him. There are equally if not better stylists in Baltimore who...
