When I opened my ''free'' checking account everyone was very nice to me. They explained how there online banking was up to date and the fastest out there. however, after one week many charges did not go through. I overcharged by one dollar and had to pay the steep 35.00 dollar fee. when i went to talk to them their reps were rude so i closed the account. Compass bank is a joke and has horrible...

This bank has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. From their tellers to their personal bankers, everyone works hard to make sure that I have a good experience every time I walk in. They make you feel as though you are their #1 priority and I like that.
