Horrible service, waiting for 15min to get acknowledge. They requested do some paperwork for opening an account and should wait 2 or 3 days... we came 3 weeks later and still no response, no...

Terrible customer service. Used to be good, but terrible now. Employees are not knowledgeable in basic banking. I closed out 3 accounts and they never even asked why or try to keep my business....

I have been banking here for 12 years back when they were just Compass Bank. I have to say they're customer service stinks. I made a deposit on a Monday and didn't realize she didn't hand me my ID...
