THEY SAID THAT I OVER DRAFT BUT I NEVER WROTE A CHECK

I only used my bank card and when you use a bank card if you don't have the money in the bank you can not use your card so how did i over draft my acct: ? and then everyday that it was in over draft they charged me $38 a day and still to this day are charging me so how can i stop them i am disabled and i had both my checks direct deposited and they took one of my checks before i ever knew what...

Check your account terms and conditions.

First off, it doesn't appear that you are keeping an account register. Therefore you were relying on the information provided from your bank that is not very accurate.
Second, either check you account terms and conditions or call your bank's customer service. Some banks have a policy where the customer can overdraw their account with their bank card (they say in order to avoid embarrasement)...

You can overdraft

Do you enter each debit in your account register?
Don't depend on a transaction not going thru if you dont think you have the money in the account.
Depending on the merchant it may take a few days for a transaction to post, so even though you know you spent the money, the bank/computer does not. Then you go to make another transaction and the computer still thinks you have money.

Charged my acct. Over draft when i never write checks and didnt have the money in the bank for no reason i only use my bank card and never went over but they charged my acc. Over $600.00 for something i never did.
