Customer service at this location is miserable here. Their rep, Tara Reid, doesn't understand good customer service involves being considerate to other people waiting in line. She takes a ridiculous amount of time with each person, every time I have come in here, so expect to wait a very, very long time if there is anyone in front of you. I went in to have my name changed on my account after getting married, and had to wait nearly 45 minutes for her to deal with a customer opening a checking account.
