Terrible customer service. Under staffed. Slow as a slug. Make me want to switch my moms bank account because i have better things to do then to watch 1 relationship banker take 1 client every hour

Every time I go here, which is usually on Thursdays or Fridays, the parking lot is full and the location is seriously under staffed. There will be a line of 15+ people snaking around the lobby...

Horrible. I have deposited money before at other branches and was able to give them the account number and they fill the card out. Not here she looked at me and said "do you have an account here?"...

They SUCK!!! Sleezy way of processing credit and debits. Only go here if you have more money than you know what to do with and you want to have them steal it from you. Again they SUCK and I HATE...
