We were assisted by Jim who guided us through the entire process. It's nice to know that you're working with qualified people that care about how the end result will be. There is nothing we would change with our island including the Delta Heat barbecue we chose. The installers did a professional job, were on time and clean. I'd rate this company a 10 if it were an option.

Customer service in the LAKE FOREST location is absolutely TERRIBLE and we walked in mid week in the afternoon (nobody else in the store).
