I think Jeff Thompson is polite and professional...not sure why the other reviewer said otherwise. Bad Day? I've been to the Bayway Walk-in 3 times I guess, always got good care. There was a big wait this time, but how can you blame anyone? They need to process each of us with the same questions etc. and its high season for tourists which are plentiful there. So I'd rather they didnt rush me...

The office was so friendly. I hope to not need a medical provider in the future, but if I needed one I would go back to this clinic. Very clean too.

Dr. Jeff Thompson was rude, unprofessional, and borderline confrontational with me. He told my girlfriend her broken arm may need amputation. Later a more knowledgable doctor told said it was a minor fracture.
I don't recommend bayway medical walk in of st. Pete and I don't recommend dr. Jeff Thompson.
