Did oncology consult with my father at Baystate Hospital . The lack of empathy and patience she showed during communication regarding his cancer diagnosis was NOT what any Doctor should be like .
She is in oncology and not suited for patient care/ family communication .

Horrible bedside manner, didn't know a lot about anything. Didn't care too much about the patient.
Dr. Chabot is very knowledgeable and gives great attention in appointments however getting ahold of him outside of clinic is a nightmare. His staff provides little to no support answering questions and response time from his staff or him is ridiculously long. Want a same day appointment? Good luck.
