Not up to expectations

Not a hotel to stay more than one night in. Indoor swimming pool area had no AC and made it impossible to use due to heat and lack of fresh air circulating. No laundry facility and breakfast not good.

No elevator so we had to carry our bags to the second floor. Not such a big dear if you are twenty but at 66 it is a big deal.

We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool, but upon arrival realized it was not heated and was too cold to swim. Found empty bottles behind bed. Door facing fell off. We would have changed hotels but do not know the process for refund from hotels.com.

It was okay the pool and hot tub was cold, so its inside but not heated... Our room kept tripping so the fridge stopped working in the middle of the night, and we had to find a different plug for the microwave..

I had 5 rooms for a business trip. When we arrived the hotel staff was trying to clean the rooms and hallways from a party the night before. Our first night there, two of our 4 cars were broken into. The police continued to be called to the hotel for various issues, car break in's, drug issues, and guest issues throughout our 10 day stay.
