We returned to the Baymont Inn after staying there in December as part of a wedding. Once again, we were very pleased with the accommodations for the price. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. What more could we ask for! Oh, the breakfast--it was certainly adequate and the food quite good.
The room was quite dated and smelled bad. The water in the bathroom faucet was brown. I tried to run it for awhile but the faucet leaked quite a bit. The toilet paper holder was under the vanity in such an awkward spot you'd have to be a contortionist to reach it. There was a red stain on the carpet...
Arrived at midnight with two children and after opening door to the room with the given key realized that there is another person sleeping in there. The receptionist then couldn't find another room with two beds and just suggested all three of us sleeping in one bed. I refused and told him to do his job and solve the problem....
This is a clean, quiet and affordable place off of the interstate and I was so glad we found it after a terrible experience an another local place the night before. Terra was super professional on the phone when I explained my predicament at having to abandon another location during the middle of graduation weekend for Yale and Fairfield Universities....
