Baycom of Green Bay sux. Their sales department failed to provide accurate specifications costing us hundreds of dollars in an unnecessary hardware purchase and more in setup time (five days worth). Their service technicians fail to meet appointment times, showing up hours later than when scheduled. Their products and services have failed to live up to the expectations created by their sales...
