This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived in Clear Lake. I have even lived in Pasadena, TX and these are by far the most unsanitary and disgusting apartments. Please do not even think or consider moving into these. I have asked nicely for them to exterminate my apartment. Alicia, in the front office, says she turns in the work orders and that is all she can do. I have had this problem for 4 months and I cant even cook or eat in my own kitchen. I have to leave my trash can outside my apartment on my porch, but they still come in. That whole office staff acts like they do not care or...

Let me tell you, I have lived here going on 2 1/2 years. I will be so glad when my lease is up in October so I can move out! First of all, they did have a manager named Kelly that was there. Well, she didn't do anything so now they have a new manager named Veronica. She seems like she is about the same as Kelly. We have a HUGE problem with insects!! We have told the managers numerous times about this,and they say there is NOTHING they can do about it! We also have a problem with the water. They also raised the amount on the water.
