Terrible. Don't bring your computer here. I dropped my lap top off for service and the person I spoke with told me they would get back to me the same day. I waited 4 days and left 2 messages. When I finally did get a hold of them, 4 days later, they had done nothing to fix my problem. Evidently they only have one person who knows how to fix anything, despite having 3 or 4 people on staff....
