Rip off all the way around! First they over charged me for the tools I rented to go with the concrete or they just lied about the price on the phone because when I rented it was more than they told me when I called. Since I was already there I paid the higher price. Then they shirted me on the concrete I purchased. I purchased a full yard for a job only needing .78 yards and still ended up...
