Incompetent crooks. Or does that make them competent crooks. These positive reviews are probably made by friends, family, and associates cause anybody that has had the displeasure of being on the receiving end of their "professional services" would not have anything nice to say. Worst experience ever. 2 years of dealing with their crappy and bullying cause I am a woman and they think I know nothing. If you expect quality Bay Area DKI is the wrong place to go. And the other reviews were written by someone who gets paid to do paid online surveys and reviews and someone who works in the industry. But wait I gotta go cause they want their check or they won't take the lien...
