I called and asked if they had a Duracell battery for my S4 Mini phone, they advise me they did, I went to pick it up, they did not have the battery, they told me they could get it from a Jupiter store and have it that afternoon, I returned a few days later after calling first and asking them to physically pick up the battery and hold it in their hand and let me know they have it, they advised...

Had my screen repaired, on my Samsung S5 Galaxy after 2 months screen is falling off went to see if it could be repaired. Their repair guy is rude, crude and tried to give me some BS about needing a case to hold the screen on. He was as helpful as a heart attack. Went to another shop and had it done no problem.

I made appointment Sunday morning online for that afternoon to have an iPhone 5 screen replaced. Austin could not have been any more wonderful, friendly or helpful. Had the phone repaired, cleaned and battery charged in about an hour. Price was competitive at $100. Store was clean and well organized. Easy to locate, plenty of parking. I can't thank you all enough! My husband shattered his phone screen last night and it would have cost us $800 to replace the phone but your shop was able to fix it for much much less! As a bonus the gentlemen that were working there today were extremely kind and friendly! I will tell everyone we know about this wonderful shop!

The workers in the store were great, it's just that the replacement battery I bought for my Samsung Galaxy S4 is a disappointment. I bought it to replace the original battery I have had for almost three years and this new Duracell they sell doesn't hold a charge much longer than the old battery it replaced. This was pretty much a waste of $40.
