Installer didn't know how to use the tools and had trouble finding them. Installed the battery hold down incorrectly. Failed to provide me with the the mail in rebate and after I called about it offered no solution except for me to go back down to the store and fill out paperwork to get the form to mail in. They installed the battery in the mini mall parking lot so don't go when it is crowded.

Went to this location for the first time today. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful I forget his name. Help me with getting a batteries for my fire panel alarm for my hotel in Wayne. This place is very useful has a lot of nifty gadgets inside definitely will be returning for future needs
