I'd ordered a replacement for a lead-acid battery online for pickup at their store. Within the hour I got a call (not an email) from a guy saying that the battery I'd ordered wasn't in stock but they had an alternate that was also cheaper. I updated the order, drove to the store, and got my battery in quick time. Such service!

Order online, receive 10% off and pick up in-store! My only complaint is for the guy who answered the phone, Mike. He was really rude, impatient and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing about light bulbs. There are so many variables to lightbulbs that I (and I imagine many others) don't understand. I went to this place for help, not to be belittled for my lack of light bulb knowledge.

My daughter and I brought my battery in from my mobility scooter to replace, in its case. Tyler removed the batteries from the case. It took awhile to do this as it was not an easy job. He stayed with it until it was done. I was not charged for this work. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The next time I need a battery or bulb I will visit this store for sure.

Awesome place. I just got my car battery replaced and the technician did it right - checked the old battery to make sure the problem wasn't my alternate and even used another interim battery to make sure my electronics didn't reset.

I have shopped with Batteries Plus for several years since they first opened. They were never the best priced, but still purchased from them anyway as they were a new local business and are close by.
