Very poor. Had a customer who brought in an iPhone 5 for the screen to be replaced. So I did. When I took the phone apart I noticed some screws missing and 1 screw just sitting in there. I also noticed electrical tape where it should not be telling me they tore a ribbon and used tape to hold it down. When they were confronted by the customers dad they had nothing but excuses. I give 5+ stars to this establishment! The screen on my iPhone broke this morning, completely black, phone wouldn't even turn on, so I took it here off a referral from my husband and within 40 minutes they had replaced the screen and charged me not even half of what it would have cost to get a new phone from Verizon, not to mention the probably 2+ hour wait time the phone stores seem to always...
Best staff, helpful and very knowledgable. Would not shop for bulbs or batteries anywhere else.
