So... My car battery was deemed bad by NTB after I had to get a tire changed. They wanted to charge me $187 for a new one on my Infiniti for parts and labor. After a little bit of searching, I saw I could buy a battery with an included three year warranty from Batteries Plus for $112 (costs an extra $40 at O'Reilly) AND they install your battery for FREE. Can't beat that!

This location is often understaffed and does not provide adequate customer service.
I visited recently to exchange a battery that I had previously purchased for my vehicle. The battery had a 24 month free replacement and 65 month prorated warranty. After my family and I waited 45 minutes (and the young man made multiple phone calls to another store to verify the info was correct) we were turned...
