There's so much negativity sometimes that I feel the need to share something positive when I can. Batteries Plus Bulbs on Wisconsin Ave has been awesome. A few months ago I dropped my phone breaking the screen. They were able to quickly get me back up and running (you know how tied to my phone I am) for much less expensive then the price of a new phone. I was happy with the company then. Well...

Can I give them a 0? Brought my phone in for a simple screen replacement. Picked it up and the GPS no longer works. Tried telling me that it had something to do with the most recent IOS update which is laughable. Used the GPS to find the store and for the couple weeks after I broke the screen (avid WAZE user) with no problem whatsoever until they got to it.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR PHONE...

I think this place is terrible! The staff is not friendly, and they are pushing Chinese garbage! I just went there today for a specialty flashlight battery. He told me I can pay $15.00 for a 2pack, or get an 8pk for $16.00 I grabbed the 2pk because they are made in the USA. He says "everything is made in China". WRONG! I told him I will pay more to provide jobs for Americans. I challenge...

Cracked my iPhone, they said they weren't sure how long it would take depending on how busy the store was but go a call it was done within an hour of dropping it off
