I give Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic an "A" for in-clinic care and an "F" for correspondence and processing. Not only is there an additional charge for all essential paperwork for employers and disability insurance (the equivalent selling a pair of shoes and charging extra for the laces) , it is rarely completed in a timely manner. One claim form took two weeks and now I'm waiting for a return...
