I am in total agreement with the review that was written in August 2011. I loooooved BJ as they started in Arkansas. I have supported them since moving to Dallas. I no longer will support the lone store in the metroplex. Amber, the owner talked down to me and did not treat me like a customer. I guess she forgot that we are the ones that keep them in business.

The customer service was horrible. Today was my third visit to this place, and every time the owner has had a bad attitude.
The first time, I went in looking for something specific. She said she ordered them, and everything else in the order had come in, but not this. They should be in ""soon"".
