The flavors were quite good and the staff was very friendly. My only complaints were that they charge for everything individually (unlike Local Boys were you get ice cream and toppings for free) and they're in a strip mall, which doesn't make for a very scenic place to enjoy your shave ice. I waited to get shaved ice until I could make it to this place. The high rating is accurate, this place is soooo good. I got the coconut ice cream with mango, guava, and tigers blood and it was fantastic and the employees are pleasant and humorous. My only complaint would be that I was really excited to get some...

We split a large strawberry, coconut, vanilla and pineapple shave ice at the Ululani's at the Maui Hyatt (near the beach walk.) It was delicious to the last spoonful. Very refreshing flavors and bright colors. Yum.
