Installer was great and very informative. However, we had to have the 6 inch tub lip instead of the walk-in for my wife's disabiliy. We weren't informed of the possibility of a let down by our sales rep. The wrong order was also placed or sent regarding the trim for the faucet, so the installer had to come back the next day to fix that and a piece of the acrylic wall that doesn't match. The...
