I don't know that I've ever paid full price for anything at Bath and Body Works. Their prices have gone up in recent years but so have their sales and coupons. I visited the store in the Collin Creek Mall on Saturday, August 23, 2008. I observed the clerk of the store talking to a customer in a very disrespectful manner.
