The restaurant at the Basque Cultural Center is a hidden gem that offers rather authentic AND delicious cuisine that are found in Basque households....at very good value given the quality and price points. I was introduced to this cultural center by someone with Basque heritage so this place IS the real deal.

In addition to the restaurant, there are informative displays and cultural artifacts...

This is not Basque cuisine, and I have been to both Spanish and French Basque countries and Basque Navarre. It is a lot of electric and mostly mismatched food, though mostly edible.

Celebrated my mother's birthday here last nite and everyone came away satisfied with a delicious meal. Mom ordered her favorite dish, the rack of lamb and everyone else had the Tuesday family...

I have never met a hostess as rude as the one I encountered this evening. I was brought up to respect my elders, but oh my goodness after the third time...
