New owner with new outrageous prices almost $6 for a small shake and I was charged an additional $0.50 for whip cream, really?!?! I prefer Pilchuck drive in for the shakes and you'll save money

I took my grand daughters for ice cream one hot summer day, there was a young girl waiting on us and was very unfriendly and acted like we were bothering her. I think you need to have friendly people working there

Customers belly up to counters in food courts or free-standing shops where rows of ice cream-packed tubs stand ready under stacks of sugar cones and cardboard cups. Originally, the "31" promised a different flavor every day of the month. Nowadays, the number signifies constant variety--from Cherries Jubilee and Rocky Road to shakes, smoothies and custom-made cakes.
