Don't trust this fast talker!!!

DEFINITELY don't use this guy!!! He talks a good game, but DOES NOT follow through. If you don't have a million dollar estate sale, he will give you some song-and-dance about how you ought to have the sale on a week day for better attendance. Then, he won't follow through. He'll just waste your time. Find another auctioneer.
