Boston Basil's Review

Average Rating

The pizza is amazing!!! Some of the best I have had in the states!

The food is mediocre and over-priced for what you get. I would not go there again. I've tried several Mexican joints in the area and the food there is better and much more reasonably priced.

We stopped in after a long tiring day hiking to beaches on the Big Island. At Boston Basil's we were refreshed by great pizza, great staff, owner and drinks. We were treated like family, given travel advise, even borrowed a Hawaii book to look

00). Basil's was open until 9:30 so that gave us a little more time to get in.

Went last night 11/27/09 the service was horrible! If you are a tourist you will be cheated on your bill. We had a family of 5. Gratuity of 18% is added on parties of 5 or more. They also added 5 items to our bill assuming we would not catch this. They were wrong! Don't go food suck's as bad as their service. Cory A

I love this place. They know how to prepare italian food!! Just like being on the mainland if you want an Italian fix. Small bistro setting. Cozy. I love to sit outside and watch people pass by. Nice selection of wines. Very friendly and accommodating. Eager to please.
