Let us hope that you never need the services of this fine funeral home. But if you do, please know that you will be in very good hands. If there is any other industry in which customer service and good people skills are more essential, I don't know what it is. And the staff at Basham was as polite, thoughtful and considerate as can be. Thank you.

I made the mistake of contacting Basham Funeral Care to cremate my father and send his remains to his home in Phoenix. If someone dies in CA and they have a spouse, even if they are legally separated in a court of law the body belongs to the spouse. Do not give any financial information to the funeral home because they can legally take your money and do only what the spouse tells them to do....
