I have a boat trailer that I wanted to have a swing hinge welded in so I can fit my boat in the garage so I called Tom Bartle told him what I needed him to weld and that I have the hinge part. he agreed to do that job for me by the time I got the boat to his shop he had done all his homework and knew what he was working with and how to do it he is very meticulous and made Shure everything was...
