While located in a prime location in a very classy setting, there are actually meals here under $10. The reason for this is that chef Tiffany Derry ("Top Chef" Season 7) wanted a place where her rich and poor friends could go and not have to settle for something they weren't willing to do. So the "private" menu is the usual chef-inspired fancier fare and the "social" menu are the less expensive...
