Bart has been our realtor on 2 separate occasions now. Both times he worked tirelessly to make sure we had all necessary information and was very knowledgeable of the market.

He is professional and courteous and quick to respond. Even when things beyond our control went awry, Bart stepped in to protect our best interests.

Bart was extremely patient with my wife and me as we were buying our home. He never pressured us to make a decision and did everything he could to answer our questions. Bart was consistently prompt with any email or text responses. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking to buy a new home.

Bart was horrible to work with. We referee to him and we were trying to find a way out of allowing him to earn commission off our sale.
1. He did not even show up to the first set of showing he sent someone else.
2. He showed up when we requested a second showing.
3. He told us it was Texas state law that we allow the previous owners to stay in the house up to 5 days after closing. We...
