The Doctors, direct Nursing staff, and office manager are all great. The issue really is around the other office staff. The customer service is almost hostile. I would love to have the discussion with the doctor about his staff. Their phone system almost never work properly and either rings busy or no one ever answers. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
