We call this place the scene of the crime since it's the kind of place folks might just find themselves cutting loose a bit more than usual. Hipsters and old timers rub sholders at this old school Seattle dive.

Business description (2)

The Baranof is Seattle's number one dive. We have hot beer, lousy food and bad service.

If you go to Baranof, you`ll find a place that serves up an American cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.

Details to Note: Carryout is available.

When to Go

Karaoke lovers in the neighborhood are fully covered on Fridays and Saturdays by Leilani Lanes and the Rickshaw, but the Sunday and Wednesday offering here makes for a welcome change of pace.

Know Before You Go

Though the aquarium full of fish behind the bar doesn't seem to mind, the place (including the restaurant) draws a heavy smoking crowd.
