I walked into Barnes and Noble yesterday, unable to find something, and I could not find any employees to help me. I miss my store in DeKalb Illinois. I heard they had landlord issues and could not find a store to house their inventory and coffee shop. So they had to close. Sad sad sad.

This is a wonderful store! I particularly love that I can find a book on their website and have them pull it and hold it for me! I have never had a problem getting exactly what I was looking for. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Every so often they may seem a little aloof, but it's in a charming bookworm kind of way. This is a great example of how to run a big chain book store!
