The cafe staff is always hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss. There was an older, bigger-set woman with short, gray-white hair working in the cafe around 9:00 pm. i and my mom Love this barnes&noble!!! They are always very helpfully even if you have a little list of thing you might want, they will look it up!!!! Sometime we get coffee or smoothie they are very good!!!
