I had ordered some fruit for one of my coworkers in a large lab on my last day of my internship as a thank you. I specified who to deliver it to (that was a female). I gave the lab number in addition. Since we would be in a procedure all morning, I put the number as my supervisor's number. It never arrived. I guess they called the number and did not specify the name nor the office number. Upon hearing that there was an edible arrangement delivery downstairs (note it was sent to a female!), my male supervisor requested it be delivered to his house. I felt so bad that it never arrived and...

Customer service is fantastic. The most polite and helpful service. When I had questions for an Easter arrangement, the girls were most helpful.
