I drove all the way from the East end of long island to see the other doctor at her new office downtown.
It took over 3 hrs to get there one way battling traffic.
The doorman gave me the wrong floor so i was 25 mins late instead of 15
The secretary said that they cant see me for over an hr now as i was not 15 but 25 mins over.

This is a terrible office staff full of rude receptionists and nurses. I never even met Dr. Pomerantz due to an illegal policy they have to insist that the actual insurance card be shown at first...
