This company handles my employers insurance and I have called a handful of times. The answer is always relayed as quickly as possible so that is a plus...but the information is not always accurate the first time. This seems to be a busy place, so you have to stay on top of them to receive the quality and accuracy of service you need to demand in the insurance field.
