I find the reviews that bash this business disturbing. After investigating I have found that some negative posts are from a common IP address and posts same content on many sources. I have also found negative posts that are defined to this company's competition. If I owned the Bark. And Purr I would take legal action and sue for slander. These negative posts are unethical and unprofessional. I have been to the facility It is a smaller older business but nicely done

This place is a LOSER! I have to wonder if the positive reviews were written by the owner! I know for a fact that they pay to have negative reviews removed. The owner is a trashy hoarder. Not only does she hoard things, but she hoards ANIMALS!! She has 6+ poodles that she breeds to death and these dogs live in cages their whole lives!! The facility is so old and broken down, rusty, etc. it is not safe for your pets and it is filthy, nasty, gross! The kennel area has no working drains so all cleaning is done with nasty mops (instead of hosing down and sanitizing and squeegee as it should...
